I had a mixed experience at Kosa Boutique Hotel. The location was fantastic, right near Hadrian's Gate and easy access to the beach club. However, the air conditioning issues and noise from nearby bars were pretty disappointing. The staff were friendly, but the facilities left much to be desired.
